Train!..

Nw this isnt about the emraan starrer movie....the idea of writing a blog hit me
seriously during a train journey....train journeys r usually very weird n gives u
time to think about issues u never thot of...u meet a lot of 
interestin ppl(weird also),but being alone in a compartment 
full of strangers has its own thrill!..n ofcourse t natural beauty outside..
esp the konkan stretch...but one issue i noted consistently durin my 
train adventures(from kerala to newdelhi..) is that it reflects the 
societal aspects of the destinations...i knw there is sm mistake in the
 above sentence but
 kindly ignore it!...when u board the train frm kerala ,ter r only 
bonafide ticket 
passengers in ur compartment..bt as t journey progress,
esp aftr mumbai,
u can see lots of passengers in ur compartment 
who have never heard about platform tickets!..
they just board t train
 n do sm'jugaad' with the TTR n get sm earlierly
 nonexisting berth smwhr in t train!..
the situation gets worse
aftr enterin into M.P. esp gwalior n all...
the TTR is even afraid to ask for the tickets..
TTR picks only the seemingly decent passengers 
for the ticket check...One 
may argue that this is done by the illiterate poor 
villagers,but this isnt true..
One can see people wearin sneakers n tees
 plainly acknowledgin that
takin tickets is a waste of time n money...many of t guys 
didnt evn know abt t 
existence of platform tickets...compred to the situation 
in kerala where sm
 of my frens who came 2 see off me wer fined cos 
they didn take t platform tickets!...
this clearly reflects the cultural difference
 within the country...
the south is comparatively law abidin
 while aftr mumbai u can get away with 'jugaad'!...
once i saw a poster in a train sayin
 that railways reflects India...i fully agree wd that!...
